Amanda is an up-and-coming forward from Edmonton, Alberta, joined Whitecaps FC Residency in September 2014 after playing for FC Edmonton Reserves for a year and will be with Oregon State in the spring. Amanda started 22 of 27 regular season matches for Whitecaps FC U-18 Residency, scoring 14 goals. In the playoffs, he added another three goals in five starts and six appearances.

Binder is a returning LUFC Red and a current redshirt midfield junior joining LUFC again from Oregon State. Binder transferred from Wisconsin-Milwaukee after three years where he appeared in 35 games with 34 started. He charted 8 points after two foals and four assists during the 2015-2016 seasons. He saw 2,646 minutes before transferring to OSU where he has logged 663 minutes over the last season. This last season he appeared in 12 matches and had 9 starts. Binder comes to the US from Bad Fish, Austria.

Buzzes, A Bend, OR native comes back to his home state to play for his second season with LUFC from Xavier. Buzzas, just finished his freshman season and charted enormous numbers. Buzzas started all 20 matches for XU, playing a part in six team shutouts. He was second on the team in minutes charting 1,864 minutes and topped it off with two goals from the backline. Buzzas is a Portland Timbers Academy alum.

Brother of Collin Chubbfeutal, Casey is a returning and local LUFC Red also coming from the University of Redland’s. He is a senior midfielder and started and played in Redland’s 25 games scoring 11 goals and 8 assists to total 30 points. He was 24th in the country in Division III soccer in goals scored and helped lead the team to a school record breaking No 7 ranking and an Elite 8 appearance in the national championship.

Collin is a returning and local member of the LUFC Reds coming to us from University of Redlands. During his freshman season, Collin played in 16 games throughout the season netting 4 goals out of 16 shots, 7 of which were on target. He ended the season with 8 points and is looking to keep the momentum of his goalscoring freshman season into this LUFC season.

Originally from Madrid, Spain joins LUFC after his standout freshman season at Post University. Diaz was named Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Rookie of the Week several times and recorded his first-career hat trick in the Eagles’ 4-2 victory over Holy Family. This season Diaz lead the Eagles with nine goals and five assists assists. He was third in the CACC in both goals and assists.

Dotson is returning for the second year to LUFC. He is going into his senior season at Oregon State, Dotson is a pacific northwest local phenom coming out of Washington’s Crossfire Academy. Dotson has charted over 17 games in every season playing in both the midfield and fullback roles. His must successful season was his junior season where he received honors as a Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention. Dotson will be joining LUFC for the second season as a midfielder hoping to continue to build off of the successes of his most recent college season.

A freshman midfieldfield/forward joins LUFC from Whitworth University. Engle is also an alum to Eugene’s South Eugene High School. Voted his high school team’s MVP and most inspirational player, Engle helped lead his team to three consecutive championships.

Fohr is a center back and international from Berlin, Germany, has just finished his freshman season at Creighton. He appeared in 19 matches, starting in 14 of them, becoming the only freshman to log over 1,000 minutes in his freshman season. He also notched one point on an assist against No. 12 Loyola- Chicago. Prior to Creighton he played most recently at the club level for SpVgg Burgbrohl. Fohr’s participation is still pending league and International approval.

Kruse comes to LUFC from Creighton University as the fourth member of this season’s LUFC roster. Kruse is a goal keeper, and just began his freshman year in December, joining the BlueJays just in time for the 2018 spring season. Kruse is originally from Heibronn, Germany where he compete with TSG 1899 Hoffenheim Academy. He led the squad to the 2016 German National Championship and is a part of the U18 German National Team Pool.

A senior center back from Fairleigh Dickinson University joins LUFC. Leddy appeared in 15 matches and made 11 starts in his first season with the Knights.  He logged 1,053 minutes with 20 shots, 10 on goal and one assist. Prior to his time with the knights, Leddy played two seasons at Sussex Community College where he was named 1st Team NJCAA and NSCAA All-American in 2015, Defensive Player of the Year for both 2014 and 2015 and academically named 1st team NJCAA All-Region in 2014. He is originally from Bateman’s Bay, Australia.

Macchione is a returning LUFC Red and Creighton redshirt junior and a classic #9. He transferred from Akron during the spring of 2017. During his time with Akron, he appeared in 18 matches as a freshman and 13 as a sophomore before transferring to Creighton where he competed in their spring season logging 4 matches and 1 goal. Macchione is a Portland Timbers Academy alum where he led the team in goals with three game winners in 2012 and 2013.

A four year starter at the Evergreen State College, Spurr helped lead his team to its best record in school history his senior season. Spurr notched 25 goals and 11 assists in 72 collegiate games. He earned himself Cascade Collegiate Conference Newcomer of the Year his freshman season and All-CCC First Team accolades all for years. He achieved All-American Honorable Mention his final season. Spurr has also competed with the TimbersU23s and the Kitsap Pumas.

Stadler is a three time returning Red and last season’s captain. Stadler is a solid defender transferred from Oregon State to Milwaukee after his freshman season. Steady backline presence earned him Second Team All-Horizon League honors following his junior season. Stadler set career-highs in games playing all 19 games logging 1,634 minutes. He helped his team record six shutouts.

Valdivia joins LUFC from Loyola California. He is in his freshman year and is a classic, clinical #9 and all around athlete. A dual sport athlete, Valdivia captained his high school team to the D1 High School State championship while also playing baseball. As a member of the Creighton mens soccer team he didn’t chart too many minutes but is looking to break in for his season this fall.
